A message to our customers:
Over the growing concern of Covid-19, and in the interest of our staff and customers safety we have decided to move to online sales and support only from Thursday 26th March until further notice. Unless it is essential, we are asking our customers to stay at home and use our home delivery service.
Our front counter is closed for walk-in customers until it is safe to do so. We are now providing a service that minimises social contact and we can assure you we will do all that we can throughout these unprecedented times to protect our colleagues, customers and their families.
On-line orders and delivery services:
As long as our logistic partners such as DPD, Fastway and GLS are still operating as normal, we’ll continue to operate a Home Delivery service, but this may be subject to delays and ranges may be limited during the coming weeks. Also, to keep you updated with your delivery progress, please ensure we have your mobile number and email in your account when placing an order so you can be contacted.
Our phone lines are closed until further notice. In the meantime, we will be monitoring emails if you have a query or need help with an issue, please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the majority of your enquiries. Please be patient as we will have limited resources outside of the office.
