Return Policy

Please note our Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

SAT-Planet reserves the rights to inspect returned goods and verify any faults and/or damage.


Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch or within 7 days on delivery of your order. Once dispatched then the Customer has entered into a contract with the vendor as per our terms & conditions.

You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).

If you order the wrong item or wish to return your order in full or part of it, then SAT-Planet must be notified. We will refund full cost of the product(s), excluding original shipping cost, within 7 Days of purchase if product(s) is brand new, unopened and unused. After first 7 days or if product returned opened or used a 23% of restocking fee will be charged.

You will be required to pay the shipping costs when returning items back to us.

Note: Any Free Gifts received with the order must also be returned.


Returned Goods:

The goods must be received by the vendor in stock condition, with original packaging and the vendor retains the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. A copy of the original order must accompany the product to identify the order.  The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for service or credit which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete and in resalable condition and with warranty seal has not been broken. We can collect those goods from customer with the amount being deducted from your refund.

Note: Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package.


Faulty Goods:

If for some reason you think an item you've purchased from our online store is faulty then please phone us first before returning the item. We find that in most cases 99% of problems are usually due to user error and can be fixed over the phone. If product you have purchased is faulty notification must be given to SAT-Planet of the fault. We may refer you to the manufacturer, due to their extensive knowledge of their product. If the manufacturer agrees that the product is faulty, in most cases they will be able to authorize a replacement/repair of the product direct to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Note:  This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning faulty goods to us and we will pay the shipping for returning replacement goods. Replacement will be send out only after receiving the faulty item(s).

If the goods are found not to be faulty or they have been damaged by misuse, no refund will be issued and product(s) will be returned to customer after receiving full payment for return postage.



If for any reason customer is issued with a refund, please note the following, all refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. We do reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.


Except as may be implied by law in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
