It's used to combine signals from 4 satellite dishes or 4 LNBs fitted on one dish into single cable and allows a Satellite Receiver to automatically switch between them depending on what channel has been selected on the receiver. It's comes with rain cover which makes it weather resitant for outdoor installations.
